Before I discuss rules and punishments let me start by saying that your bitch, sissy or otherwise is an adult male. Meaning, he is highly capable of hearing, understanding, and obeying you and your rules with no excuses, PERIOD! You should not be making excuses for him or for yourself, If he doesn't obey or follow your rules and you do not show you are angry, and pissed off, which you most certainly should be, then he will continue to be unruly, disrespectful and disobedient. This means you are wasting your time training because failure to punish for any infraction, even a little one, is doing nothing but teaching him he can get away with it and do as he pleases.  It also shows him that you are weak, lazy, or not a dominant at all and that you can be controlled. With that said, being an adult male also means he can handle the well deserved, severe punishment for his disobedience. The bitch is highly capable of taking a long, hard, ass beating every time he is disobedient. In fact not only does he deserve a beating every single time, he really needs it. He needs YOU to put him in his place in order to accept it and become the submissive you deserve. He needs you to be as mean and cruel to him as any other Dom would be or more. You need not worry about hurting him, that is the point of the punishment, to train him to obey and accept his place as your sissy bitch and house servant. The point of a punishment is to make him fear you and respect your authority and rules to prevent further disobedience or back talking. **NOTE** You will only read these rules to him once the first week of training, and once more in the second week. You will tell him this, and instruct that he better learn them quickly or be severely punished and you need to make sure you follow through with punishments as described below. Other than that you will only read the rule or rules he broke as you punish him for breaking that particular rule/s . This is the best way to focus his attention on following your rules, obeying you, and build his natural instinct to be your bitch. 
  
Rules and chores are given for obvious reasons, and each Mistress sets her own rules and chores depending on how she governs her bitch (EXP. Bitches must crawl on all four's to and away from the Mistress, or Sissy's must wear panties 24/7 etc.). Below is a standard and minimal list of rules, you are free to add more if you so choose, however I would at least adhere to these STANDARD rules. It is extremely imperative that you have these rules and enforce them with severe punishments. You must not, you can not, and I repeat, CAN NOT fail to enforce your rules and chores. Failure to enforce rules and punish will have catastrophic effects in training and submission, you will also have your submissive questioning your authority and doubting your ability to rule over him. Your bitch must be in the proper atmosphere, have a submissive routine, be of servitude (submissive obedient, and serving), and disciplined. He must never have free will, have an opinion, act as an equal, speak as an equal, or do as he pleases, and especially not follow your rules. You must be very dominant, aggressive, and ruthless, and if he violates rules or fails to serve and obey, he must be punished severely!!! ALWAYS!!!! AGAIN, failure to do so will cause complication in training, obedience, and submission. He will see you as weak and not respect your authority. Your success depends on your ability to be dominant, controlling, cruel, and punish for disobedience!

1. Always address ME as mistress or your approved name.
2. Always ask for permission to do anything, and everything, including eating & using the restroom.
3. Always kneel at all times, but especially to ask for permissions or beg. *must be naked if possible.
4. Keep body hair and pubic hair trimmed or shaved to mistress's specifications.
5. Always show submission at all times, even in front of other people. *must find a way to show it.
6. Never back talk, argue, or demand me. 
7. Never speak without permission or question the mistress. * It is not your concern or your business.
8. Never ask for pussy or anything about it. * ITS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS *Severe punishment*
9. Never question ME, including who I fuck, where I go, or what I do. * Its none of your business.
10. Obey all orders on command without hesitation, and never leave me waiting. *Including the phone.
11. Get daily chores done, and ask how you may serve me further. *Your place is serving and obeying
12. Respect and serve ME to the best of your ability. *Including MY lovers/boyfriends or friends.
13. Never touch ME improperly or my property. *This includes phone, computer, purse and my clitty.
14. Always refer yourself as the MY bitch. *Including Clitty for penis, and asshole as pussy.
15. I'm your mistress, your superior, I will be treated as such and worshiped in that manner from here out.                                                                  PUNISHMENTS
A punishment spanking is very serious and meant to deter future disobedience, so make sure you inflict the proper amount of pain. During the spanking, your focus should be on correcting his disobedience, as in the humiliation, scalding, and the punishment/s given. Do not touch his clitty in anyway during the punishment (unless this is reminder spanking) you don't want him aroused during this phase, you want him focused on the pain and the rule/s he violated. You should be angry and extremely pissed off for disobedience, back talking, or rule breaking. You should feel insulted and disrespected for his acts of defiance or back talk and you should want to teach him a lesson and remind him of his place. A proper punishment should be felt for days after. When you are finished you should see many raised welts with red and/or deep blue bruising on his entire ass area that last at least 4-5 days. You should hear him yelping, screaming, pleading, and begging you to stop....But crying is the goal. If he is not, then your not hitting him correctly or hard enough. He should fear you and you will see and hear a complete difference in submission from him after his punishment/s and for days after. If you are like most Dom's you may even be turned on by the power you feel from breaking him and forcing his submission to you. You can not show weakness or mercy, and you can't be afraid to hurt him or cause marks and bruising, that is the point of the punishment. Remember this is to stop him from future back talking, rule breaking, and disobedience. You must let out your dominance and aggression, and show him your anger and dissatisfaction for disobedience. Before you do you will have him sincerely begging and pleading you to (as you keep hitting his ass), but also to be your bitch and admit that this is the way it's meant to be. Make him admit that he deserves to be punished and that he knows better. Reinforce it through out the spanking by saying things like," Your my fucking pathetic bitch, your only here to serve and obey and you will do what I fucking say".  Let out your sadistic side and anger, say whatever your feeling or whatever else comes to your mind. The point is you want to scold and humiliate him during the punishment to physiologically change his submission to you. **NOTE** You must also give reminder or reinforcement punishments 1-2 times a week. This is done to reinforce his place and following your rules continuously on his mind. This type of punishment is done once a week or more if you so chose, with 100 to 150 hits. 

GINGER PUNISHMENT

Prepare several fingers (3 or 4) of ginger by cutting/peeling off just the skin and no more on each one. then place them in a small bowl of cold water and bring this to the punishment bench. Then you must tie him down tight so he can't get free or move around or tie him down first then go prepare the ginger! Use his balls pulled back and tied off to something to keep him from moving forward during the hits (just like doing normal punishments). After he is secured, then force the ginger one at a time into his ass to really stretch it to absorb the ginger juice but do not use lube as lube lessens the burning sensation (read the ginger punishment section in my blog for the how to use). Wait between 5-10 minutes to let the juice build the burning sensation. *Note Tying him tight and secured with his balls stretched, forces him to focus on his punishment, take full impact of the device, and keeps him from jerking around.                                                                     TO BEGIN                                                                           

1st, Tie him down (bent over or ass in the air) very tight and secure, using whatever means so that its impossible to move or get free. Then tell him in a very aggressive speaking voice, "You have been a disobedient bitch, and this will not be tolerated, you will be punished severely for it. Then tell him what he is being punished for, and again that it will not be tolerated, that you will not accept anything but complete submission.

2nd, Place a ball gag into his mouth to keep his screams muffled, you don't care to hear him yet. At this point you may also put other devices on like nipple clamps, CBT toys, electrical, suction clamps ETC.

3rd,  THE BREAK IN,  Use a thin cane for the break in to warm his ass up. This prepares the skin for punishment and puts the sub in the proper state of mind, FEAR! Hit his ass 25 times fast, in a row, with firm hits. By the end he should be yelling OW or something verbally to let you know it hurts, if not then hit 25 more times harder *Now take about a 2 or 3 minute break to scold him about the rule he broke and reinforce that his disobedience will not be tolerated. 5th,  Now take about 3 or 4 minutes (but no more) to scold and humiliate him and then back to hitting. This time hit in series of 10 or 20 (you choose) mixing each series of fast hits, then back to a slow series of steady hits with the 1 second break as stated above. ** These hits will continue for a minimal of 100 times or more if you think he needs them. By now he should really be screaming into the ball gag and trying to move around (usually kicking feet). However If not, **THEN HIT HARDER** and continue with another 100 hits or don't stop until he is screaming and frantically trying to move. **Note, you may now change up devices during this phase.

6th, Now he is definitely yelling and trying to plead you to stop through his ball gag. However, the goal is you want to break him, and you need to break him, so you want to see tears combined with pleading and remorse/sincerity. So continue to scold him and keep hit in sets of 10 or 20 until you see tears OR hear a definite crying/pleading tone . *NOTE By now you should of hit at least 150 times* 

7th, Now you remove the ball gag so that he may give you a proper pleading and begging.  Hit him with another 20 quick hits with the cane or whip, (He should be still begging) then 10 slow steady hits with the 1 second break. At this point he should of had a minimal of 180 hits From here the break in is over and you will start the actual punishments (below) while you humiliate him about his place and clitty and scold him for his disobedience. This is you time to show your anger and disapproval for his actions so let your inner cruel bitch out! Follow the number of punishment hits as its explained below. **Note, you may add more hits if you choose but no less. When using impact devices such as paddles and thick canes, slow down the speed and let the device do the work. you don't want his butt numb, you want him to feel every hit. It is the length of the punishment (how much time and the number of hits) that will break him, cause more pain, and force a true and sincere submission, not to mention the fear of your authority. It is far easier for him to take 5,10, or 20 very hard hits than it is to take 200, 300, or 400 hard/firm hits over an hour or so.   

Failure to do a chore; (each chore) 50 swats
Failure to ask permissions or address as mistress; (per event) 25 swats
Failure to keep pubic hair shaved, touch phone or other property; (per event) 50 swats
Failure to address himself as your bitch, speak without permission, show respect (per event) 75 swats
Below is a major infractions, and you will keep adding swats to the last number, EXAMPLE; Monday he back talks, he gets 100 swats, Thursday he back talks, he gets 150, Saturday he back talks, he gets 200. This prevents repeating further infractions, eventually he will obey all rules. *explain this to him.
Failure to obey an order; (per event) 100 swats, add 50 each other time
Back Talking or Questioning you; 100 swats per event add 50 each other time
Asking for, about, or anything that has to do with pussy; 200 swats, 100 each other time.
Touching Clitty and/or removing the chastity; 1st event 250 swats, add 200 each other time

Remember, you must do the break in period every time punishments are required, so thats a minimal of 180 hits (or more) before you proceed to punishment hits. Punishments ARE REQUIRED for EVERY RULE BREAKING or failure to obey. This with chastity will eventually create a very obedient and respectful submissive bitch, willing to obey and follow every command. But more importantly it will stop any disobedience and unruly behavior especially jealousy after you take a full time boyfriend. This will help prevent or stop any jealousy issues, outburst, temper tantrums, or anger issues. Very important, do not stop punishments until he is screaming and begging you properly to stop!    

SWATS/HITS are spanking his ass with you choice of device or any mixture of devices. Pay attention to his sounds and reactions to the hits, if he is not making sound or flinching at all then your not hitting hard enough, hit harder. Obviously you don't want to hit with all you have (that would cause lasting damage) but make sure you notice a change in sound or movement (flinching) as you hit him. He may not make a sound during the first few hits until the skin gets tender, but if your hitting correctly he soon will.
